Not only is this service complimentary, but all custom purchases qualify for a 10% savings.
How it Works
- Simply contact us to let us know your needs, tastes, and budget. Feel free to include any photos, magazine articles, or websites that might give us a better idea of what you are looking for.
- On our next buying trip, French Metro Antiques will scour the backroads of the French provinces looking for the perfect piece(s) to meet your needs.
- As soon as we have found something on your wish list, you will receive an email from us with photos, dimensions, condition report, and price of the item(s) we find. Because of the fast-paced nature of the antiques world, you will also be given a deadline to make a decision. We may also contact you by phone to alert you of our discovery.
- If you decide you would like to secure an item, simply call 479.587.0804 to make a 50% deposit. The balance will be due once your piece arrives at our shop and is ready for delivery to you. In case of cancellation of a custom purchase, French Metro Antiques will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee.
- French Metro Antiques take the responsibility of coordinating international shipping via ocean freight container at no additional charge to you. We are well versed in import-export regulations, customs formalities, taxes, and other logistics, ensuring that your custom shopping experience is hassle-free. Your item will be available for pickup, delivery, or domestic shipping approximately 6-10 weeks after your deposit has been received.
