Returns
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at French Metro Antiques. We accept returns of website purchases for full refund (less original shipping and packing costs). If you intend to make a return, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s). All returns require authorization by French Metro Antiques. Refund will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of authorization. Original shipping and packing costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping is at the client's expense, and full insurance during return shipping is required. Credit card payments will be refunded in the form a credit to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Check payments will be returned via a refund check. All in-store sales are final. We do not accept returns for purchases made in our shop. |
